Membership Control
Membership control can mean different things to different people. One thing we
can all agree upon is that people like good service. POWERManagement software
provides you the tools to implement controlled entry system and improve service
for members.
At POWERManagement, membership control means every person walking into your
facility is quickly and accurately identified. The two most important areas of
membership control are: #1, IDENTIFICATION Is the member who he/she says? and #2
MEMBERSHIP STATUS Is the membership currently valid for use of the facility?
Everything POWERManagement does is focused to assist with more efficient front
desk check-in.
KEY TAGS - THE SIMPLEST FORM OF MEMBERSHIP CARD
A key tag is a small, durable plastic item that is printed with a color logo on
one side and a barcode on the reverse. A hole is pre-punched for easy attachment
to a member's key ring. Designed as a convenient replacement for traditional
laminated membership cards, key tags offer the following advantages:
Easy to Issue... Key tags are pre-printed, laminated, bar-coded, and
hole-punched. All you have to do is save the barcode on the tag in the member’s
record and hand them out. Key tags are easily scanned with a standard front-desk
card reader.
Convenient... Members can now leave their purses and wallets in the car while
bringing only their keys to the front desk. This is safer for the member and
creates less risk of theft for the club.
Beneficial to Members... Key tags typically have, "If found, drop in any
mailbox" and have a return address printed on the reverse for the return of lost
keys.
Promotional... Every day the member is reminded of the valued services your
health club provides.
